Resize A Group Of Elements
When an element or group as shown above has been selected, the Alter Plan tool bar is active.
When the Resize tool is clicked, the selected group grows handles, the small squares on each side and at each corner.
By dragging on either handle on the vertical sides, the width of the group is increased or decreased.
Double click to end resizing.

When dragged by a corner, the aspect ratio remains unchanged.
To use the arrow keys, first grab a handle and hold the mouse key down as in dragging.
